Requests for the following documents must be made at the time of sale including:
FAA 8130-1 Export Airworthiness Certificate
FAA 8130-3 Airworthiness Certificate
Certificate of Conformance or Origin
Shipping And Handling
It is our policy to charge actual freight cost on your shipment. Your order will have the estimated (or what we think) freight cost. Actual freight cost is not known untill your order is packaged and weighed. If you think there is a discrepency in the freight charged then call us and we will audit the shipment. We will gladly refund any overcharge.
International Shipping Policy
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Sacramento Sky Ranch Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Period of Delivery
Shipping time varies widely depending on the destination. In our experience, standard shipments take about 2 to 3 weeks to Canada, 6 weeks to the United Kingdom, 6 to 8 weeks to Japan and Australia, and 10 to 12 weeks to Brazil, to name a few. Your order may be delayed due to extraneous circumstances such as delayed Customs clearance, Flight delays, etc. We have no control over how long it may take for your package to be delivered. International shipments have no service guaranty and sometimes may take much longer to deliver than expected.
We do not guarantee delivery times. If you have a question or complaint about delivery times please contact the carrier directly.
Customs
The consignment will be delivered to the buyer at his/her doorstep by the Carrier, after all customs formalities have been completed. The Carrier will be responsible for the clearance of the shipment from Customs.
For international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes that may be levied once your order reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must become your responsibility; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. These international customs charges vary widely from country to country and for further information, you should contact your local customs office for further details. When you order from Sacramento Sky Ranch Inc., you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving merchandise.
We do not ship to the following countries due to consistent rejection of packages by Customs: Austria, Bolivia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cuba, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Holland, India, Iran, Kuwait, Lebanon, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Russia, Spain, Egypt, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Sweden, Vietnam and Yugoslavia.
Core Charges for Exchange items
Some items are sold on an exchange basis and have a core charge added to the price. Core charges are noted in the item description Exchange :
The core charge is additional and not shown on your shopping cart but will be added to your invoice and charged to you. Eligible cores must be returned within 1 year for credit. Cores eligible for core refund are subject to the following conditions:
1. Core must be returned within 1 year from date of invoice
2. Core must be the same part number (certain exceptions apply, call us to make sure if you are purchasing a different part number than the core you are returning).
3. Core must be complete
4. Core must be fully assembled
5. Core must be a normal run-out as removed form aircraft. Evidence of disassembly or build-up of a core from parts shall make the core ineligible for credit.
6. There may be a reduction in core credit for cores that have missing or broken parts
7. Core must have the original manufacturer's data plate attached.
8. Core must be received at Sacramento Sky Ranch's place of business
9. No credit will be given for rusty or fire damaged cores.

Back Orders
Availability information is not real-time. All efforts are taken to make sure this information is accurate, however, if an item listed as in stock is not available at the time your order is processed we will notify you by phone or email as soon as we attempt to process your order. Products listed as being on backorder may ship at anytime. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
California sales subject to sales tax. Because of the numerous sales tax rates within California, the sales tax shown on your order is an estimate. Corrected sales tax applicable for your California address will be computed when we process your order.
If your purchase is exempt from California sales tax we will need to have a valid exemption certificate or statement on file prior to sale. A blank California resale exemption certificate is available online. The Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order, except for Sacramento Sky Ranch Inc.'s franchise taxes and taxes on Sacramento Sky Ranch Inc.'s net income. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on the invoice. The customer is responsible for paying any sales or use taxes in states other than California
Credit Card Security

The Sky Ranch Store utilizes industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of: potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and critically sensitive information like your credit card number
Installation Eligibility
For information on the applicability of installation of any part in an aircraft, please contact your local FAA office, installing mechanic, and the aircraft manufacturer's Maintenance Manual. Sacramento Sky Ranch Inc. and this web site does not provide installation eligibility.
It is the purchaser/installer's responsibility to verify correct application of any item purchased from Sacramento Sky Ranch Inc. Sacramento Sky Ranch Inc. is free from any liability, damage or loss by purchaser due to manufacturer's failures, defects or misapplications, or your improper use of the product.

Sacramento Sky Ranch Inc. does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased at Sacramento Sky Ranch Inc. you may return it for refund or replacement within the following guidelines: All returns must be unused and uninstalled. Returns must include any manufacturer literature, warranty forms, yellow tags, etc. Return items must be in a the same condition as when you purchased the item and must be in resalable condition. No returns after 1 year. No returns on special order, close-out specials and other special sales. Shipping, handling, COD, and hazardous charges are not refundable
Warning about returning hazardous shipments: Items shipped Hazardous (including ORM-D) must be packaged and shipped by a HAZMAT certified individual and must be properly packaged, marked, and manifested. Improperly shipped hazardous items received at our warehouse will be discarded and no credit will be issued.
