Why does the Alcor EGT meter read high?

1. A meter may read high because of an induced EMF. Make sure wires are not bundled with wires that contain high voltage. Turn master switch off is induction is suspected, and if reading drops, induction is present.

2 A meter may also read high if the needle is stuck or sticking in position.
