Indicator reads lower than known quantity

1. Compensator immersed in water. Measure compensator capacitance. Drain and or purge tanks.
2. One or more probes are out of circuit. Measure capacitance. Check wiring continuity.
3. Defective or out of calibration indicator.
4. Low insulation between HI-Z and GROUND. Measure insulation.
5. Low insulation between LO-Z and GROUND. Measure insulation.
