Indicator remains at empty (regardless of tank level)

1. No power to signal conditioner. Measure power.
2. Defective indicator.
3. Open LO-Z.
4. Open HIGH-Z.
5. LO-Z shorted to ground.
6. Various probes are out of circuit. Measure capacitance. Check wiring continuity.
