Brake lock-up

1. In cold weather while taxing, slush and snow can become wedged in and around the brake and disc/lining surfaces. Subsequent brake applications followed by exposure to extreme cold temperatures causes the snow to melt and then re-freeze to hard ice. Operators of Beech 99,100,200, and F90 with Cleveland wheels and brakes, refer to Cleveland PRM 47 for details concerning the Cleveland Hot Air Manifold Kit.
