Boots Don't inflate

1. Faulty deflate valve. Check solenoid for proper voltage. Check and clean air vent passage in solenoid. Check plunger for proper operation. If diaphragm not seated: A. Check for clear .015 vent orifice. B. Clean diaphragm seal area.
2. Two faulty deice control valves.
