Tube doesn't heat or clear itself of ice

1. Bug or dirt in tube.
2. Switch circuit breaker tripped.
3. Open circuit.
4. Excessive voltage drop between battery and pitot head. Check voltage at pitot head.
5. Heating element burned out.
