Urethane finish doesn't have solvent resistance

1. Catalyst gone "sour" in storage due to reaction with moisture and no cross linking occurred.
2. The reducer or some other material added by mistake instead of the catalyst.
3. A substitute brand of catalyst used which didn't fully cross- link with the polyol.
4. Incorrect measuring of the two components allowing only partial cross-linking.
