Ammeter shows low current over entire cycle

1. Aircraft voltage low under normal operating conditions.
2. Ammeter, switch, or circuit breaker faulty.
3. High resistance up to timer. Check for partially broken wire or lose or corroded connection in wiring between aircraft supply and timer input.
4. High contact resistance in timer.
5. One deicer element (or wiring connections to deicer) in each cycle out. Perform a heat test on deicer.
