Aircraft Motor doesn't operate or is intermittent

1. Low battery
2. Defective, improper or lose wire connections. On older Sky-Tec starters, loose plastic connector at starter solenoid.
3. Binding or worn brushes. Brushes should be free in brush boxes without excessive side play.
4. Shorted, grounded or open armature.
5. Grounded or open field circuit.
6. Defective master switch or circuit.
7. Defective solenoid switch.
