1. Fixed absolute pressure system.
2. Separate oil system with on-off switch.
3. The fixed absolute pressure controller hydraulically regulates
the wastegate opening for all engine power settings from sea level to altitude.
The controller senses deck pressure, compares it to a reference absolute
pressure, and adjusts the wastegate butterfly (controlling turbo speed)
to maintain sea- level horsepower at various altitudes.
