Pressure relief valve opens at too low a pressure

1. If the spring (if accessible), valve head and/or the mounting flange are fretted, broken or worn, replace the parts as needed.
2. If the attaching bolts for the valve are loose, tighten them. If the O-ring at the attaching surface has blown, replace it.
3. Relief valve needs recalibration.
