Fuel cap problem

Air pressure within each tank must be equal to achieve even fuel feed. A fuel cap that isn't sealing and leaks air will cause uneven fuel feed. A fuel cap on top of the wing is in a low pressure area. If the cap leaks air then the head pressure in the tank with the leaking fuel cap will be lower than the other tank.
